Maintaining Academic Integrity, Student Conduct & Campus Discipline at Ethics University

The Discipline Committee ensures adherence to university rules, UGC regulations, and promotes a safe, respectful, and ethical campus environment. It deals with cases of misconduct, violations of code of conduct, and ensures timely resolution of complaints.

About the Committee

The Discipline Committee is constituted under the guidance of UGC and university norms to maintain order, fairness, and accountability. It monitors student and faculty behavior, evaluates complaints regarding misconduct, and implements disciplinary actions according to established rules.

Objectives

Uphold University Rules
Ensure that all students and staff comply with the university code of conduct and UGC regulations regarding discipline and ethics.
Resolve Misconduct Complaints
Investigate complaints related to academic or behavioral misconduct and recommend fair disciplinary measures.
Promote Ethical Culture
Foster respect, integrity, and accountability through awareness programs, workshops, and guidance sessions.
Compliance with UGC Norms
Operate strictly under UGC (Student Discipline and Conduct) regulations and maintain documentation of all proceedings.

How to Report Discipline Violations

Email Submission
Send complaints regarding violations to discipline@ethicsuniversityuk.com.
Online Portal
Submit complaints through the secure Discipline Reporting Portal for confidential processing.
In-Person
Visit the Committee Office or Dean Student Affairs to lodge complaints directly.
