1. Application / Registration Fee

The Application/Registration Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of admission status or withdrawal request.

2. Admission / Program Fee

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• Before commencement of classes → Refund as per UGC norms.
• After commencement → Refund based on timeline.
• False information or ineligibility → No refund.

Fees related to examination, evaluation, thesis submission or viva are non-refundable once initiated.

5. Special Cases

If a program is cancelled by the University due to administrative reasons, the full fee (excluding registration fee) shall be refunded.

6. Cancellation Due to Misconduct

In case of submission of false documents, incorrect information, or violation of university rules, admission will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

7. Refund Process

• Submit written cancellation request.
• Attach fee receipt and valid ID proof.
• Provide bank details.
• Refund processed within 15–30 working days.
