The Grievance Redressal Cell at Ethics University strictly follows UGC regulations to provide a safe, transparent, and student-friendly platform for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and staff.

About the Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell is constituted under the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and ensures timely redressal of complaints in a transparent and fair manner. It consists of senior faculty members, student representatives, and external members as mandated by UGC to guarantee impartiality. The cell also conducts awareness programs and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Helpline & Support

University Helpline
For grievance-related queries, students and staff can contact the University helpline: +91-9220-9220-17. All complaints are treated confidentially and handled promptly.
Online Support
Complaints can also be submitted via the official online portal or email: grievances@ethicsuniversityuk.com.

Committee Members

The Grievance Redressal Cell includes faculty members, student representatives, and external experts. They work collectively to ensure fair investigation and resolution of all complaints in accordance with UGC guidelines.

How to Report a Grievance

Online Complaint Form
Students may lodge complaints via the Online Complaint Form. All submissions are confidential.
In-Person Reporting
Complaints can be submitted directly at the Registrar / Dean Student Welfare office.
Support & Counseling
The cell ensures support, counseling, and guidance to affected students and staff in accordance with UGC regulations.

Awareness & Activities

Orientation Programs
All new students are made aware of grievance redressal procedures during orientation sessions.
Workshops & Seminars
Regular workshops and awareness campaigns are conducted to inform students and faculty about their rights and grievance procedures.
Monitoring & Enforcement
The cell monitors complaints and ensures timely resolution in line with UGC policies.
